ET Golf

I got my first golf club when I was 9 years old but I only had one lesson. When I was 10 we had mini kids golf at my primary school and I started playing. After a while I started going to group sessions at my local golf club in Tidworth where I was taught by one of the pros - Charlie Gold. I then progressed to the junior academy with the head pro at Tidworth. Charlie moved away as he found a new job however I still have individual lessons with Charlie as he is my main coach.

North Hants Junior Open!

Today I played in the North Hants Junior Open which was 36 holes but I could unfortunately only play 18 holes in the afternoon. I didn't play very well however I am very happy that I have experienced playing a new course. And what a course it was! It was very nice and the greens were rapid! Overall fun day, shame I didn't play very well.

John Strong Cup!

Today I played in the John Strong Cup. I played well and shot a 74 which is +4 gross and -2 handicap. However, I had 4, three putts which wasn't great although the greens were bad. I am now down to 5.3!

April Monthly Medal! First Medal of the 2017 season!

Today I played in the first Medal of the season. I played well and shot 74 with 2, three putts! However, it's another 0.4 cut! now off 5.7!

The Hutchins Salver! First board comp of the season!

I played in the Hutchins Salver today which I qualified through winning a monthly stableford during the winter. It was a very fun round with nice weather and great playing partners! I played well and shot 75 (+5 gross/-2 hcp) with 2, three putts and a four putt! It could have been so much better. Got cut to 6.1

1st Cup match VS Chippenham!

Today, H, Max and I played against Chippenham in the first round of the KO cup. We all played really well in tough, windy conditions. H went out first and won 6&5, Max went out second and won 5&4 and I went out last and won 7&6 (giving 10 shots!)! So I think its safe to say that Chippenham got smashed!

1st Round back after 3rd Surgery!

Today I played my first round back after my 3rd lot of surgery for my Crohn's! I shot 79 (only +2 front 9) which I was happy with considering a had another two and a bit weeks off. Overall, pretty happy with my round, let's just hope it's over now! :)

February Monthly Stableford!

Today my Dad and I played in the monthly stableford. I shot a 72 which is +2 gross and -5 handicap, with 3, three putts! I'm now officially off 6 and cannot wait for the season to begin! Hopefully I am fit and ready! Overall a great day!
