ET Golf

I got my first golf club when I was 9 years old but I only had one lesson. When I was 10 we had mini kids golf at my primary school and I started playing. After a while I started going to group sessions at my local golf club in Tidworth where I was taught by one of the pros - Charlie Gold. I then progressed to the junior academy with the head pro at Tidworth. Charlie moved away as he found a new job however I still have individual lessons with Charlie as he is my main coach.

Romsey Junior Open!

Today I played in Romsey junior open. It was definitely a lot harder than I thought it would be, the course was short but narrow with minute greens and to make things even harder the course was rock solid from the recent scorching weather. Unfortunately I did't score very well but I actually felt like I played well. I shot 80 which is +11 gross and +5 handicap. Even with the disappointing result it was a good day out, I had great company and before the prize giving we had a carvery.
