Have managed to get a fair bit of practise in over the school holidays and it is all starting to come right again and I can't wait to get back on the course after Christmas. Below is picture of some good divots!
I got my first golf club when I was 9 years old but I only had one lesson. When I was 10 we had mini kids golf at my primary school and I started playing. After a while I started going to group sessions at my local golf club in Tidworth where I was taught by one of the pros - Charlie Gold. I then progressed to the junior academy with the head pro at Tidworth. Charlie moved away as he found a new job however I still have individual lessons with Charlie as he is my main coach.

Not played for over a month
4 weeks a go on Wednesday I woke up and couldn't walk which meant I was unable to play golf which I didn’t like very much as I was stuck in doors.

First open competition
Today I played in the Bang & Olufsen junior open at Broome manner Golf Club. I played in the Tiny Tigers (under 12 without a handicap) and came 1st which I was very pleased with as it was my first open competition. My prize was a nice hat and a nine hole playing lesson with PGA professional David Howell also free photo of me receiving my prizes.
